Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect: parent or guardian contact details (name, email, phone); your child's name, age, school, and developmental, learning, health or behavioural information you choose to share; assessment results and progress notes created during our services; job application details and CV files sent through our Careers form; article submissions, including your name and email, sent through our blog submission form; and messages you send us on WhatsApp or email.
Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, using cookies or similar technologies.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, book and deliver services, assess and support your child, communicate progress to you, administer payments and attendance, review job applications and blog submissions, meet legal obligations, and improve our website and services. Information about your child is shared only with you, our team members who need it to deliver the service, and third parties with your consent (for example, your child's school). We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to address a serious safety concern.
