No. Many of the children we see don't have one and never need one.
Often it's the most useful thing families do next. A diagnosis explains a pattern. It rarely tells you what to change about Tuesday evening. That's our work.
No. Clubs are open to any child in the age range. If we notice something in the group you'd want to know about, we'll tell you privately — but nobody is assessed without your consent, and we don't upsell from the club floor.
We use standardised cognitive assessments, yes — usually as part of a Learning Profile. What we don't do is hand you a number and leave. The number matters much less than the pattern underneath it, and that's what the report explains. If you need a cognitive assessment on its own for a school or an application, we offer that separately.
No. A tutor teaches content. We work on the skills underneath it — attention, memory, planning, regulation, confidence. Some children need both, and we'll say so.
No. We're not a mental health service. If your child needs one, we'll help you find it.
4 to 18. If your child falls outside that, call anyway — we'd rather point you somewhere useful than turn you away at a form.
They'll know they're visiting someone who helps children with learning, and we'll help you word it. In the room it's puzzles, games, drawing and talking. Most children enjoy it. Some ask to come back.
We'll tell you clearly, in person, without softening it into meaninglessness — and we won't leave you to work out the next step alone.
Learning Profile: RM 2,800–3,800. One-to-one: RM 200 a session. Clubs: RM 499 per eight-week block. Everything confirmed before you commit to anything.
The profile itself often changes things immediately, because you finally understand what you're dealing with. Skill-building is slower — typically 8 to 12 weeks before a change really holds — and we review it with you as we go rather than asking you to take it on trust.
