School readiness is more than ABCs and 123s. We prepare children with the emotional, social, thinking and independence skills they need for their next learning environment.
Book a trial or join →The year or two before kindergarten. We build the everyday skills kindy assumes a child can already do.
The year before Standard One or Year One. A much bigger classroom, so we build the focus and self-management children need to cope with it.
She starts school next year and you're not sure she's ready
He still cries at drop-off, or can't separate from you
She won't join in, or hovers at the edge of the group
He can't sit for a story or wait for a turn
She understands more than she can say
You'd simply like him to start school confident rather than anxious
Saying goodbye at the door, hanging up a bag, joining the group. Every child says one thing before we start.
Building, making, stories, movement, messy play. There's a skill behind each one, chosen on purpose.
Packing away, a snack, and the transitions that most children find harder than the activity itself.

No. We're here to prepare your child for a smooth start to school — kindergarten is a much bigger, busier environment than home, and children need practice and preparation for that before they're in it every day. Think of this as the run-up, not the replacement.
Often yes. Tell us at registration and we'll talk it through — we'll either place your child here, or suggest the Early Intervention Programme if that would suit them better.
Most do, for the first week or two. Separating is one of the skills we're working on, and we'll agree a plan with you rather than leaving you at the door guessing.
Yes — every week. You'll always know how she's doing rather than finding out at the end of a term.
Tell us your child's age, what you're noticing, and what you'd like help with. We'll tell you honestly which programme fits — including if the answer is none of them.
